Jackie worked within the User Support Team at Goldman Sachs & Co Bank. The team was responsible for all user support and associated administration. Jackie built an excellent rapport with customers, management and colleagues alike.

Jackie managed a project to automate many of these requests by extensively documenting the processes involved with ID administration and liaising with a consultant to ensure these processes were replicated within the system.
