Jackie worked within the User Support Team at Goldman Sachs & Co Bank. The team was responsible for all user support and associated administration. Jackie built an excellent rapport with customers, management and colleagues alike.
While Jackie gave good, professional support, her area of expertise was in managing the large amount of request administration, e.g. new user IDs, that the team received. Jackie managed a project to automate many of these requests by extensively documenting the processes involved with ID administration and liaising with a consultant to ensure these processes were replicated within the system.
It was a pleasure to work with Jackie and I would recommend her unreservedly to any future employer.
