I dealt with Jackie on multiple occasions relating to resource allocation and recruitment-related administration. It was always a pleasant working experience with her even during stressful situations that sometimes arise at GS. I admire the sense of responsiblity and professionalism that she displays at all times.

Every area in which I have asked for Jackie’s assistance – from administrative support to controlling to lead generation to IT issues-she has proven to be extremely valuable. If she already knows how to accomplish the task she does so with accuracy and diligence. If it is something new to her she takes it on with a great attitude and her intelligence and work ethic allow her to learn it quickly. She has become an extremely valuable contributor to Terra and I would highly recommend her services to another company who needs part-time support.

I worked with Jackie during several visits for meetings in Zurich. She was challenged with setting out complicated logisitics for these meetings, involving several dozen attendees. Jackie’s attention to detail, calm demeanor and limitless energy ensured that these meetings were productive, enjoyable and smoothly run. I learned she can be relied upon to take significant levels of responsibility.

Jackie worked within the User Support Team at Goldman Sachs & Co Bank. The team was responsible for all user support and associated administration. Jackie built an excellent rapport with customers, management and colleagues alike.
While Jackie gave good, professional support, her area of expertise was in managing the large amount of request administration, e.g. new user IDs, that the team received. Jackie managed a project to automate many of these requests by extensively documenting the processes involved with ID administration and liaising with a consultant to ensure these processes were replicated within the system.
It was a pleasure to work with Jackie and I would recommend her unreservedly to any future employer.
