For example, she independently developed a Confluence portal for competitor analysis and customer engagement journeys.

Jackie repeatedly demonstrated a strong aptitude for learning technology applications that supported our marketing operations. Additionally, she proved instrumental in shaping the design of our digital marketing content. One of her greatest accomplishments during our time working together was helping develop and deliver an entirely new, expanded, and conversion-optimized website in only 3 months. Jackie worked directly with me as my Executive Assistant when I was COO Global Life at Zurich Financial Services. Not only was she an excellent Executive Assistant but she also took care of our monthly business updates for the global life executive team and our central program office. She always got things done quickly without compromising on quality and was very well organized and customer service oriented. She always showed a very strong “can do” attitude and was well respected by the entire Global Life Team.

I dealt with Jackie on multiple occasions relating to resource allocation and recruitment-related administration. Jackie worked within the User Support Team at Goldman Sachs & Co Bank. The team was responsible for all user support and associated administration. Jackie built an excellent rapport with customers, management and colleagues alike.
While Jackie gave good, professional support, her area of expertise was in managing the large amount of request administration, e.g. new user IDs, that the team received. Jackie managed a project to automate many of these requests by extensively documenting the processes involved with ID administration and liaising with a consultant to ensure these processes were replicated within the system.

I worked with Jackie during several visits for meetings in Zurich. She was challenged with setting out complicated logisitics for these meetings, involving several dozen attendees.
